PRIVACY POLICY

H-Mode Workshop 2026(hereinafter referred to as the "Workshop") highly values the protection of your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy informs you of how the personal information you provide is used and what measures are taken to protect your personal information.

1. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Workshop collects only the minimum amount of personal information necessary for workshop registration, session participation, and event management. Even if you do not enter optional items, there will be no restrictions on the use of basic services.

2. Purpose of Personal Information Processing

The Workshop utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes. All information provided by the user will not be used for purposes other than those described below, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.
- Workshop registration, session operations, networking, and distribution of event materials

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

When the purpose for which personal information was collected or provided is achieved, your personal information will be destroyed without delay.
- If you request the deletion of personal information, it will be immediately disposed of in an irreversible manner.

4. Matters Regarding the Destruction of Personal Information

The Workshop immediately destroys the relevant personal information when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved or the retention period has expired.
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that cannot be restored.
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

5. Provision of Personal Information

In principle, the Workshop does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:
- When users have consented in advance
- When required by law or when a request is made by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes

6. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information

The Workshop does not outsource your information to external companies without your consent.
If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the outsourcing recipient and the contents of the outsourced work, and obtain your prior consent if necessary.

7. Matters Regarding the Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of the Data Subject

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information for workshop registration and participation at any time. You may request to view, correct, suspend the processing of, or delete your personal information, and if you contact the personal information protection officer in writing, by phone, or by email, we will take necessary measures such as immediate deletion. However, the exercise of rights may be restricted if there are legal obligations.
