Accommodation Agreement & Cancellation Policy
[Rules of use]
For the safety and convenience of our customers, our Hoam Faculty House (hereinafter referred to as the "Hoam") sets the rules for use as follows.
1. Please refrain from smoking on the bed or where there is a high risk of fire.
2. The use of electric appliances for heating or cooking purposes is prohibited in the room.
3. Rooms cannot be used for any purpose other than accommodation.
4. If you want to rearrange your room furniture, please contact the front desk first.
5. Furniture and fixtures in the hall may not be used for purposes other than the prescribed purpose, and they are prohibited from being taken out.
6. Please refrain from bringing the following items into Hoam.
① flammable or flammable substances
② a stinking object
③ other things that are prohibited from being carried by law
7. Customer items and lost items stored in the hall will be stored for the following period only.
① Warehouse - 3 months
② Lost and Found - 3 months
8. Payment of the fee should be made to the front staff of the hall at the time of the guest's departure or at the request of the hall.
9. The safe deposit box is available free of charge if you request it from the staff at the front desk. The hall is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the hall. Also, some rooms have access to a private safe in the room.

If you do not follow the above rules, you may refuse to stay or use the facilities at Hoam and ask the customer to bear the responsibility, so please pay special attention.

[Terms and conditions of accommodation]
[Article 1] Use of these Terms and Conditions
1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by Hoam shall be in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and matters not prescribed in these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with laws or customs.
2. Accommodation reservations applied by credit card are subject to the terms and conditions between Hoam and the credit card company.
3. The Party Hall may enter into a separate special agreement within the scope not contrary to the purpose, laws, or customs of the terms and conditions, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

[Article 2] In case of refusal of the application for accommodation
The party hall may refuse accommodation in the following cases.
1. If the accommodation request is not in accordance with these terms and conditions
2. If there is no room available due to full capacity
3. Where it is deemed that a customer who intends to stay is likely to engage in an act that violates the laws and regulations on accommodation or public order or customs
4. If the customer who intends to stay is clearly recognized as an infectious disease
5. In the case of placing a special burden on accommodation
6. Where it is deemed to be accompanied by animals or to have dangerous drugs, etc
7. Where it is impossible to accommodate for a natural disaster, a breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons
8. Where it is deemed impossible to stay under the provisions of laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, etc

[Article 3] Specification of the name, etc
Upon receipt of an application for accommodation (hereinafter referred to as a reservation), Hoam may request the person who made the reservation to present the following matters by setting a deadline
1. Name, gender, nationality and occupation of the guest
2. Other matters deemed necessary by Hoam

[Article 4] Reservation fee
1. If you receive an application for a reservation for accommodation from a customer, the hall guarantees the reservation on the premise of payment of the reservation fee. Reservation fees may be canceled or changed, so only cash deposits are possible. In case of unavoidable circumstances, it can be done by credit card, and in this case, you can visit and pay or pay in person.
(Card replacement and cash receipt can be issued at the time of settlement after the event is over)
2. The penalty for cancellation of the reservation will be replaced with the reservation fee and settled later in the event of a shortfall or balance.
3. Reservation Collection Criteria (based on the total number of rooms per night or per night)
ⓛMore than 20 rooms to less than 50 rooms: 500,000 KRW
②More than 50 rooms to less than 70 rooms: 1,000,000 KRW
③More than 70 rooms~: 2,000,000 KRW

[Article 5] Reservation cancellation and penalty
If the room reservation applicant cancels all or part of the reservation, the hall shall receive a "penalty" in accordance with the following paragraph.
1. Terms and conditions of the "Penalty"
ⓛPersonal reservation (less than 4 rooms)
-Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled arrival date: No penalty
-Cancellation on the scheduled date of arrival (the same day): 100% of the first day of accommodation per room
-If it did not arrive without a pre-cancellation request (No-Show): Same as the ⓛ-second term above
②Group reservation (at least 5 rooms)
If you want to cancel a reservation of more than 1/3 of the room during a group reservation (more than 5 rooms), it is as follows.
-Cancellation 90 days before the scheduled arrival date: No penalty
-Cancellation 29-14 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the accommodation rate on the first day of accommodation per room
-Cancellation before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the accommodation rate on the first day of accommodation per room
(However, there is no penalty for cancellation of reservations due to natural disasters.)
2. Check In and Out
ⓛCheck-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
②If the customer checks in and out early or late in the preceding paragraph, an additional fee will be charged as follows.
-Early Check In
Admission before 11:00 a.m. : Full room rate, admission before 11:00-15:00: 50% of room rate
-Late Check Out
From 11:00 to 15:00 : 50% of the room rate, after 15:00 : the full amount of room rate
③Early Check In or Late Check Out is pre-booked and may vary depending on room conditions.

[Article 6] Accommodation registration
Guests should register the following at the front desk of Hoam on the day of their stay.
1. Name, gender, nationality and occupation of the guest
2. For foreigners, passport number, arrival airport, date of arrival
3. In the case of Koreans, resident registration number
4. Current address, phone number
5. Date and time of departure
6. Other matters deemed necessary in Hoam

[Article 7] Business hours
The business hours of Hoam are in the attached information.

[Article 8] Payment of charges
1. Please pay the fare in KRW, traveler's checks recognized by the hall, and various domestic and foreign credit cards when the guest departs or requests from Hoam.
2. Once the guest has started using the room, he or she will also receive a charge if he or she has not stayed arbitrarily.
3. Room rates must be settled afterwards on a 7-day basis.
4. If the payer is not a faculty member or membership member, the credit card information must be provided to the hall at the time of check-in.
5. If the room rate is overdue for more than 15 days, you may be ordered to leave the room if the cost is not settled even after 7 days after the first written notice, and future stays may be restricted.
6. If there is a justifiable reason, the payment guarantor may be charged for the settlement of expenses resulting from the forced exit.

[Article 9] Refusal to extend accommodation
Even during the customer's stay, Hoam may refuse to extend the stay in the following cases.
1. Where it falls under Article 2(3) through (8)
2. Where the customer fails to comply with the rules of use of Hoam

[Article 10] Responsibilities of accommodation facilities
1. Responsibility for accommodation in Hoam will be held at the front desk of Hoam when the guest registers or is guided to the room, and if the guest vacates the room to depart, the responsibility ends.
2. Hoaml is not liable for accidents caused by the guest's failure to comply with the rules of use set forth by Hoam.
3. We will arrange other accommodation facilities with the same or similar conditions as the hall rooms, except that accommodation is not possible in the hall due to the responsibility of Hoam.

[Article 11]Compliance with the rules of use
Customers who use Hoam should comply with the rules of use.
